  • We create custom designed Ceramic tiles and mugs from customer provided images. Our standard product line is images showcasing Canadian landscapes, wildlife, culture and heritage. The core product line is Ceramic mugs, Tiles and coasters. We work with institutions, museums and general retail in the tourism sector. All items are hand crafted in our Alberta studio in small batches

  • You can place an order by using the contact form on our website.

    The easiest way is to send an email to DestinationsArtCo@proton.me and send us your image, product type (Tile or Mug), Tile size and Quantity. We reply same day.

  • Honesty and Transparency are our core values. We’re a regionally anchored small studio based in Alberta, Canada.

    We focus on small‑batch quality, transparent communication, and artwork that carries a sense of place and quiet emotion.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page . We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • All prices are clearly mentioned on the website. You pay what you see. For local deliveries in Calgary we charge a small fee of $5 per order, or you can pick up yourself. For orders outside of Calgary, shipping is charged at actual. Proof and shipping label is provided at the time of shipping of your orders

  • Our ordering process is simple, personal, and transparent.

  • We aim for next day delivery within Calgary. Orders from outside Calgary are shipped within 2 business days

    Because we’re a small Alberta‑based studio, each item is crafted by hand with care, before it leaves our studio. If your order requires extra time, we’ll let you know right away with clear communication

  • At the moment, we accept cash on Delivery / e-Transfer for local Calgary orders. For orders outside Calgary we accept Interac e‑Transfer.

    As a small Alberta‑based studio, this keeps our process simple and secure.

    Credit card payments will be added in the near future as we expand our online checkout options.

  • Because our items are produced in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. We will replace damaged or defective items gladly. But returns are not possible as these are custom made products

    If there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days and we’ll take care of you with clarity and fairness.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue.

    We’ll replace the item or offer a solution right away — no stress, no complicated steps.

    Our designs cannot be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

    Personal use is always welcome — commercial use is not.

  • All artwork is original and created in‑house.

    We do not use copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked imagery.

    When we reference iconic Canadian landscapes, they are illustrated from scratch in our own style.
